10 Years of Impact - Video presented in Davos at the World Economic Forum
In January 2012, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS TB and Malaria marks the end of its first decade and looks ahead to the next. The Global Fund has contributed to dramatic gains in health and development over the past decade: In ten years, millions of people have received treatment for AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria who otherwise would have died.
Bono, Bill Gates, Zachie Achmat, Gro-Harlem Brundtland, Bill Clinton, Milly Katana, Yoshiro Mori and Mphu Ramatlapeng speak about the impact of the Global Fund and what remains to be done.

(RED) AND ONE'S DIGITAL (2015) QUILT -WORLD AIDS DAY
This World AIDS Day, December 1, 2011, ONE and (RED) are coming together to launch a campaign to help deliver the first AIDS free generation since the virus was discovered 30 years ago. By 2015, we should be able to provide treatment to the 15 million people who need it, drastically reduce new infections, and end the transmission of HIV from mothers to their babies. Together these three milestones could usher in “the beginning of the end of AIDS.”The (2015) Quilt is a virtual “quilt” of personal expression and action that will allow millions of people from all over the world to join in this effort to deliver an AIDS free generation by 2015. Envisioned as a modern, digital echo of the powerful original AIDS Memorial Quilt, created by The NAMES Project Foundation in 1986 to memorialize and pay tribute to those who lost their lives to AIDS, the (2015) QUILT lets people create a panel that expresses their support for the fight against AIDS and encourages them to make a specific commitment that will help bring about the beginning of the #endofAIDS itself. Create a panel by using the simple online tool available at (www.2015quilt.com)

Reinventing the Toilet - Gates Foundation
No innovation in 200 years has saved more lives than the toilet. But 2.6 billion people still don’t have a safe, affordable way to poop. Explore the infographic by the Gates Foundation below and learn how we can reinvent the toilet.

Tomorrow's Toilet:
We can achieve universal access to sanitation by making toilets that people like and can afford to use for less that give cents per user per day.
Find out why we need a toilet revolution. We need new ideas to help reduce disease and find new ways to turn crap into valuable stuff, like fuel, fertilizer, and fresh water.

Tomorrow's Toilet:
We can achieve universal access to sanitation by making toilets that people like and can afford to use for less that give cents per user per day.
- Transport: 200 million latrines worldwide are emptied by hand - a dirty, dangerous job. New solutions can cut emptying cost to $10 per home per year and support thousands of well-paid jobs.
- Uptake: For every $1 that developing countries invest in creating affordable sanitation, they can generate $9 in economic benefits, including reduced health cost - a 900% return on investment.
- Treatment: By creating affordable "off-the-grid: toilets that recover valuable resources from our crap, we can achieve 100% if waste processing at $0 in cost.
